Business and Estate Planning: Gary Maddux, is a CPA and practicing attorney who earned a Masters in Law (LL.M) in Income Taxation and Estate Planning and has taught graduate level courses in Corporate Taxation and Reorganizations, Estate Planning and Employee Benefits. With respect to business matters, Gary is prepared to assist in the organization and formation of new businesses, reorganizing or restructuring existing businesses, helping clients work through succession planning issues (who will run the business when the client retires or dies), selling or buying businesses and providing assistance for normal day to day business matters. With respect to estate planning, Wills and Trusts, Gary is prepared to assist in designing and implementing very sophisticated estate tax minimization and succession plans for those clients of greater wealth, assisting young families plan their affairs to focus on continued care for their children, and working with clients, who do not have taxable estates, to design a plan which meets their disposition objectives.

Civil Litigation and Real Estate: H. Gregory Maddux has been involved in extensive civil litigation in a large number of areas throughout his career representing both large and small clients as plaintiffs and as defendants. He takes a personal interest in all of his cases. Each case is important. Greg also has extensive experience in real estate matters. He has a close relationship with, and is General Counsel to, a Real Estate Title Company through which he has been exposed to a large number of diverse transactions and is a licensed title insurance agent for First American Corporation. He is prepared to assist you in the buying, selling and closing of residential or business real estate transactions, prosecuting or defending quite title actions to determine who actually owns real estate, and all other real estate litigation matters which might arise.
